A WILD Thursday..

Afternoon friends.. So sorry about late post.. its been a busy day around here.

I woke up having to get ready to take Scott to the hospital to get those injections in his neck. I forgot all about it till he called to wake me up.

Here's his Dr.. Scott keeps trying to get him to play golf but he seems a little nervous when Scott told him what he and Michael shot. But I'm sure they will get him out there if he plays golf!

It took a couple hours till we were home and finished. I had to drive due to the medication they give him..that's an experience. I know he is hurt but he gets on me for every bump in the road! I ran through Mickey D's drive through and got us some lunch.. We came home and ate with the kittys!

Little did I know.. my day would not be so calm.. More about that in a bit.

Scott headed back to work.. and I took off to the ...

Tanning place to get my spray tan.. Mind you.. I have never done this before.. Since a lot of you haven't tried it yet, I figured I would take you along and tell me what you think.

Loved the smell of the place. I just hate tanning beds. I don't have the patience and I don't want to do that to my skin. But.. I checked in..

and had to watch a video about what to do. I was kinda happy about that. I had watched on youtube a bunch of videos but another one right before was actually helpful.

The girl who checked me in, was really helpful in telling and showing me how she does it.

Here is the hair net and towel that is used to actually dry off after you get out.

You use this lotion to put all over your nails.. a thin layer on your hands, in between your fingers, top of your feet and on your toe nails. Its pretty much a barrier.. You could put it on the bottom of your feet but the tanning girl said its really not necessary.. So I didn't.

You stand on this plate. feet apart..

You can do it naked or with a bathing suit..

However it will get stained.

So I stood in there with no clothes on...weird!!

When you are ready, you push that green button.. ad those 3 sprayers spray out a fine mist.. It does the front.. waits 10 seconds for you to turn around and then does your back.

So I did it..

As you can see it gets pretty foggy in there!

Ok.. so here are my thoughts..

First off.. IT WAS COLD!!!! I mean COLD!!

I found it hard to breath a little but I was so busy shivering that I just managed to deal with it. I got out and dried off.. which is kinda strange because I was afraid that it would wipe it off or something. This was the mystic tan and they said.. I would be very light still when I was done because it develops over 4 hours. 

Right now its about 3 hours in and its starting to darken up.. I plan on taking a picture tomorrow of my legs to show you. So far so good. I want it darker but I will use the Jergans Natural glow to help darken it a little more each day. She recommended that I not shower at all tonight..And she also said that baths will make it fade faster rather than a shower. No shower for me until tomorrow. Yea.. that sucks. but I showered this afternoon so I should be ok..

It was over really fast. I think even with watching the video and signing in, I was back in the car within 20 minutes.

So tomorrow I will show you how well it worked!

I then took off to shop for high heels.. I think I found some. I got them..

Here they are. I know its hard to tell.. but they are a light grey..

with rounded toes..

They kinda match the dress but they are not the exact color that I wanted. I thought about just going for a nude pair but I couldn't find any that were not platforms. And on a wobbly boat.. I just don't think platforms would be smart! So I will check with Scott and see what he thinks. If he doesn't like them, then back they go.. and I will find another pair tomorrow!

Ok.. on to the drama part of today..

The dealership has had my car for 30 days now. Its took forever for them to get it done. It was suppose to had been done many days but I told today was the day.. Nope.. So I flipped out.. They keep saying parts are coming from England.. What? They don't have Fed Ex in England??? Well Scott told them to go ahead and keep the car and take it to Charlotte to the Jaguar dealership just to make sure their work is done right.. Well hell NO.. I don't want those idiots driving my car 100 miles. I dont trust them to drive it to the gas station. So I called up the Service Dept and told them if that car leaves the lot, I am calling the police and reporting the car stolen. Who knows when I am getting the car. Now Scott assures me I will have it tomorrow by noon. I really lost it today. I couldn't believe that they were giving us the run around again.. And this time Scott was included in the mix. I was really upset.. screaming.. yelling.. not such lady like behavior. But someone has got to take a stand with this situation. I know its not Scott's department but he has to get on them.. because they have been sitting around with their heads up their ass's..probably padding the clock and not doing the work. Its like construction guys.. You know when your on the highway, and drive by construction and see all the guys just sitting there while only 1 works.. Pretty sure its the same situation here. I don't know why they don't put women in charge.. I would clean that place up in a matter of days..

I have calmed down some. I am just really upset about it. Scott is going to be heading home soon.. and I don't want to fight anymore. So going to try to calm down.

I think we are heading out to our friends house to see them before we set sail. Hopefully that will try to life our spirits.
