HUGE Walgreens Haul + A Few things from Walmart!!!!

As many of you guys know, I went out today...and was nervous about being among the black Friday shoppers. I was lucky that I didn't have any issues with it. I went out to all the drug stores to see what I could find. I figured all the drug store beauty items would be disorganized and nothing left. Well CVS sucked and so did Rite Aid. They barley had any beauty products a lower price than what they normally are. 

Well Walgreens was the WINNER today!! 

I was so happy to go in there and see all the sales! 

I got a ton of stuff.. I will be doing swatches and reviews in the weeks to come but tonight I wanted to show you what I got. I only paid full price for 3 things.. the rest was on sale. I got my receipt and I will try to keep straight what everything cost but I will try! 

So here is the haul in full!!

22 items total

I had to take the pictures on my dining room table because it was so big and 

look at how was up in the chair at the table watching.. Isn't Gizmo cute!

So one of the items I paid full price for was 

Eco Tools Limited Edition Beautiful Expressions Kabuki Set. 

( I will do a full post on these tomorrow ) 

I also saw this adorable 

Cat Ring Holder. I know this is really not a beauty item per say but it does kinda fit with beauty! 

I love it.. In fact, I think I am going back to get another. One for beside my bed and one for in the kitchen when I am cooking! 

The next thing I paid full price for is these

make up removers. I will do a full post and review on these tomorrow or Sunday.. I tried these the first time when my Free Target Beauty Bag came in [ see post HERE ] I am loving these right now and can't wait to tell you why! 

The last item I paid full price for was this 

Elf Holiday Edition in Natural Eye. 

And just so you guys know I will tell the prices of the 3 above items when I review them. 

But here is what I found on sale!!

First with the eyeshadows..

Ok.. With the Revlon Color Stay quad was $ 3.59 and the other 2 shadows were $ 1.10 each!!

HOW GREAT IS THAT!!

On to blush and bronzers.. 

The Malini Baked Bronzer was $ 4.00 and the Revlon Blush was $ 1.50. 

They also had this 

Cover Girl Professional Mascara for $ 2.99

Now lip items.. 

Ok.. I had fun with the lip products!!

The 2 Relvons on the left were 4.59 each , The Rimmels that are in the middle were $ 2.69 each and the Revlon on the end was $ 3.99. The Gloss was 3.49. 

Then the nail products were calling my name!!

The deal on these polishes and strips was amazing! 

The Sally Hansen polishes in the middle was $ 2.59 each

The Essie polish was $ 4.00

The Rimmel Polish was 2.99 and the last polish on the right is Sally Hansen Salon polish that cost $ 2.99.

The Salon Effects was $ 3.99

Last but not least I am going to go ahead and include what I picked up at Walmart.. 

Some more Conditioner, moisturizer, floss and of course, Oprah's new magazine!!

WALGREENS KICKED ASS TODAY!! 

Now, I should explain to you guys, that this is a marker sale.. What I mean is all these items had those little dots on the displays of which items were on sale. So not all products from the line were these prices!! You will have to just go in to YOUR Walgreens and see what you find!!

Clearly, I found a lot and I wasn't in there till after 4 pm. 

So, get there and check it out!!

Yet Another CVS HAUL!!!!

So today I had to pick up something fast for the house so where else did I go???

Why CVS of course!! You guys should know by now, most of  my purchases at CVS are because of the rewards program. If by any chance you are not aware of their program click HERE to go to my page that explains all about it!!

So while I was roaming around in there, I decided to get a few things.. 

Here is the haul.. 

I have never tried the CoverGirl Natureluxe Gloss Balms and since they were buy one get one 50% off, I got 4!! And I also decided to try the small sample bottles of shampoo and conditioner from Salma Hayek's Nuance Line.. 

Soooo.. First.. 

These are $ 7.49 each and right now as I said.. They are buy one get one 50% off. 

So I decided what the hell!!

From Left to Right.. 

1. # 210 ~ Thistle ~

2. # 245 ~ Pinot ~

3. # 250 ~ Cabernet ~

4. # 235 ~ Grenache ~

Next up.. The Hair Care Products...

Its touch and go for me with the Nuance Products.. For the most part, I like them so I love that I could find the travel size to try first. 

I went for the Smooth and Shine instead of the one for color treated hair. 

I can't wait to see how these make my hair work and I will for sure use them tonight and be back soon with a review! 

This is not part of the haul but.. I have to show you guys anyway!

I had the CVS bag on the coffee table and Swagger messed around with it for about 5 minutes to get it just right so he could.. 

Get comfy and doze off asleep!!!

Is that not the cutest face ever!? 

Awww.. those kittens touch my ♥ soooo much! I can't explain how much I love them!

Anyway, this is a small haul but I have been to CVS daily and I didn't really need to go crazy in there tonight!

Wednesday CVS Haul!!!

Last night I posted the comparison post between Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner vs the Loreal Linuer Intense Liner ( click HERE  to see that post ).. After that post went live on here, I one of my Facebook friends sent me a link to a liner that she uses. It was the Maybelline Line Stiletto liquid eyeliner. I was shocked.. Why haven't I seen this yet... She told me she found hers at her local walmart but today I decided to check CVS first. You guys know how I love CVS and all rewards I get there. I was in the right section.. didn't see it.. I kept look and long and behold I found it!!! It was on the very bottom of the rack almost to the floor.. No wonder I never saw it!!!

So while I was there, I picked up a few other things..

Here is my small haul from CVS..

I only got 4 things total but being I only went in looking for 

1 thing.. its more than I expected to get today!

Here is the liner that she told me about! 

It says it easily creates slender lines, All day wear,

and it is the smooth Glide Felt Tip that I love!!

This one is in # 501- Blackest Black

After I play with this for a few days, I will come back and do another post to review it for you guys!

While I was checking out all the holiday displays I stumbled upon..

This Maybelline Great Lash Mascara..

Now, I have not wore this mascara since I was in high school many many years ago! But when I saw the..

new brush that is suppose to give you lots of volume .. I decided I would also try this.

I am not sure how much I will like this but its worth a try..

This one is in # 141 ~ Very Black ~

Again.. stay tuned for a review..

In the same area was the Maybelline EyeStudio shadows.

These are cream shadows that are suppose to wear like powder ones. I have yet to try any from this line but I decided what better time than now!

This one is in # 15 ~ Rose Revolution ~

I will get these swatched and review very soon.

I love neutrals and I am hoping to love these. The display said they don't crease and are very long lasting.. That's kinda hard to believe with a cream shadow.. but again.. I will put them to the test and let you know!

Last but not least.. I picked up some ..

CVS Make-Up Remover towelettes.

I use to buy the Neutrogena ones but found this are just as good but don't cost as much!

So that's it.. 4 things when I intended to get 1!!

Friday Haul!!

I picked up a few things today that I thought I would share with you guys! I get a lot of questions about how much I spend on stuff.. Please remember.. I rarely buy anything that is not on sale.. I just don't do it unless of course, I have to. 

So lets get to it!!

First off I went to Rite Aid to pick up.. 

some of the Organix Body Wash. Right now these are buy one get one free. They are normally $ 10.00 each and with this sale.. It was like they are $5.00 each! How awesome is that. I love doubling up on bath and hair products because in my bathroom.. my shower and bath tub are separate. I don't like having to transfer things from one area to the other. 

This one is my favorite. As you can read its a blend of cherry blossom and rice milk.. 

Smells and feels really good! 

I decided to get a different one for the shower.. 

This is the Coconut milk and sugar cane.

 I Will let you all know what I think of this one after I have tried it a few times. 

Both of these are a gel consistency and really lathers up really well! 

I am not sure when the sale ends.. so if you are interested in getting these for the sale price.. get there ASAP!!!!

Next up.. 

I got these Sally Hansen Salon Effects in 

" Plaid About You" .. 

How cute is that name!? Anyway.. got these on sale too at Rite Aid. 

The next sale item I got was.. 

This Revlon Color Stay Lipliner in # 630 ~ Nude ~.. 

Thinking about it now.. I should have got 2 of these and I will explain why towards the end of the post. Not 2 nude ones but 2 lipliners. If I remember right these are 30% off. 

Husby's good electric razor broke recently so he is back to shaving with a normal razor. He was complaining how my " girly " disposable razors were tearing up his face.. So I got him..

Some special Aveeno Shaving Cream that is suppose to help prevent razor burn. 

And some more.. 

disposable razors because I couldn't remember what kind of blades his razor took.. 

( sorry but these were not on sale ) but they were for him.. and he is worth full price. 

I next picked up some lipstick that was on sale too..

Please look over my nails.. I was swatching all kinds of polishes on them.. so they look a mess right now.. Will fix them soon! 

Anyway I got this Revlon Colorburst lipstick 

in 

Now I don't normally wear red lipstick.. But I have been looking a lot at how the lady's in the 50's wore their make up.. and red lips were a big part of it.. so really want to try. .

What I was trying to do was get a lipstick that matched up with .. 

This new Revlon Polish that I got. This one is in .. 

I just love it for fall! But I failed at finding a lipstick that matched up well with it.. 

So tomorrow.. I am heading back to the store.. I am getting another one of those lipliners in whatever color matches best to the other lipstick I am buying that matches that polish better!!

Will be sure to show you what I find! 

Had fun getting some good deals today!

Later tonight.. I will show you what I got for my kittys!

Ohh.. and I almost forgot.. 

I got my baby's some birthday cards too while I was there! They are growing up so fast on me. This year.. I am sending cash for the first time ever for their birthdays.. It kinda feels weird not getting gifts for them but I thought they would have fun shopping and I also liked the idea of saving on the shipping!!

Loreal Voluminous False Fiber Lash Mascara Haul and Review!!!

Since right now L'oreal is having a huge give away on their Facebook Page, I thought it would be a dandy time to show you this tiny mascara haul and do a quick review on the L'oreal Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Mascara..

So here we go!

 

Yesterday I picked up both these mascaras. I knew that the L'oreal Voluminous False Fiber Lash Mascara was new and out and had to try it.. The other Maybelline Classic Volum' Express is just a mascara that I didn't think I ever tried.. so I used my CVS extra bucks and got it..

But for today, I am going to only be talking about the L'oreal Voluminous Mascara..

Here it is.. Sorry the one I got, the packaging was a little beat up..

But this is in # 285 ~ Blackest of Black ~

Here is how it works..

The fibers are suppose to give your lashes more length and volume.. hense the false lash effect..

Its just the like the Hard Candy 1,000 Lash Primer.. You can see that haul { HERE }. But basically the difference is this one is combined with mascara where the Hard Candy 1,000 lashes is just a primer.

As you can see with the brush..

Its a thin long brush that is really good to get under your lashes..

As you can see in the picture above.. I don't have really long lashes...

But after using the L'oreal False Fiber Lashes..

It sure made them look longer..

It is kinda voluminzing too..

Now.. this is a close up picture..

I did 2 coats.. and I love it.. I think its a great mascara..

This is a waterproof mascara.. I have not yet tested to see how well it stays or how hard it is to get off..

But I will update this post once I do tonight.

Ohh.. this mascara was around $ 10.00 at CVS.. and I am sure it will go on sale soon too.. With the giveaway going on.. I just wanted to show you all what you will be getting if you do win!!
