This guide will be updated throughout the holidays with new information as we receive it.

Since many stores do not offer Saturday delivery, we've listed below the latest you can order items with arrival by Friday December 23. Tired with a side of Pain..=(

Hello friends. Its not too late.. Only about 115 am and I am heading to bed soon. I am tired and I have a headache. I took one of husby's pills but it isn't helping.. So going to try some Advil PM and being I am already sleepy I figure, it won't take me long to doze off. 

Scott got that cute picture of the cats tonight. He see's a cute picture and he grabs the camera! 

Those 3 babies went into the paper today.. It makes me sad to see them go. It really does. I hate it but I do kinda feel good after I find them a good home. I'm just going to miss them. 

Well today was a day of 

shopping and looking at 

Christmas displays. 

So much so, I found something that I liked..

I got all the stuff loaded

in the car and then headed to Walgreens.  I thought the sales at all the other drug stores sucked but I was going to give it one last try..

little tree for the kitchen!

and I also a few others too. I wanted to do all cupcakes but they only had 2 sheets left. I will be looking for more though!

I am pretty sure most of you know that I don't do red and green for Christmas. I personally think those colors are tacky. I do have a green tree, but every thing I put on it is pink. Its such a beautiful tree and its so girly! Even husby thinks its pretty. I will be working this weekend on getting it done. We are going to have to put it in the study because it has doors on it and will keep the cats from tearing it up! I think either tomorrow or Sunday he's even putting the lights up on the house! 

I think besides the make up one of my favorite things I got today was..

This adorable kitty cat ring holder!! I think its so cute! I want more of these not only for me but for gifts too! 

Scott and I did fast food tonight because I was busy today and didn't get dinner cooked. Well.. let me show you what just pisses me off. 

I got it super sized and they didn't even fill it up. I actually called about it and my entire big mac meal is going to be replaced any day I want to come get it. I don't know why they have to do shit like that. But I complain every time because its not right. If I wanted this side I would have ordered just a Medium. 

Anyway, tomorrow I don't think I am even leaving the house. I do need to go get some glasses because we have broke so many of ours but who knows if I will get to it. I want to sleep, drink coffee, pick up the house, love on my kitty cats, and play online. That's about it!! Ohhh.. and clean up the study so we can get the tree in there. 

Well, have a good night.. I am going to bed and start dreaming.. and this is early for me!!

Home and Tired!!

Just wanted to say hi to you guys. Its been a long day of errands, paying bills and shopping. I was thankful that most of the - Crazy Black Friday - people were gone by time I hit the stores around 3 pm, and traffic wasn't too bad!

Scott has been home for about an hour and we just did some fast food for dinner being I have a ton of things left to put away and I also want to get some post up on here!

First off, I hit ALL the drugstores and found nothing at CVS or Rite Aide. But Walgreens was a different story. I got a TON of great deals at Walgreens today and I am uploading pictures from that haul in a few minutes and it will be the next post up!!

Friday - Shopping -

Happy Friday!!

I hope all you Black Friday shoppers are having a blast today!!

I am waking up and enjoying some coffee and then heading out myself. I pray the crowds are not as big being it's in the afternoon right now. I didn't even fall asleep till after 5 am so I am not moving too fast yet. 

I am going to be out for a while shopping but not like many of you. My kitty's need supplies and so does that dumb dog! Plus we need somethings for the house too. I am really hoping to not fight all the crowds today. I wouldn't be going at all if I had a choice. I am however, going to go to the drugstores first and see if I can find any good deals even at this late hour. Fingers Crossed I find some goodies!

Well, I got to get going. I just wanted to say hi!

The Night before THANKSGIVING!!

Anyway, hope everyone had a great day. I have to admit, I have had better days myself. I had a melt down at the grocery store today. I was grumpy with Scott all day, grumpy with the animals, grumpy with family and it just was not a day I want to repeat, that's for sure. I am going to work hard on not making tomorrow anything like today. I really wanted to tell Brittany to spill her drink on her but thats not a good example and I didn't do it.. but it sure crossed my mind!



It was just not my day. I got into an argument with an uncle via facebook over him being a fool and actually had the nerve to tell me what I could or couldn't say. Yea.. that's going to work out for him.  I also found out that my children are going to be around whore Hope for Thanksgiving at my fathers. Wow.. what a slap in the face. Just in case you don't know that the cousin of mine who had an affair with my ex husband. I swear I would love to just take her in a plane, drop her off over South Africa with a parachute and no passport and tell her to never come back. Sigh.. Its just a test and I am just not going to think about it. Hopefully the little disloyal gathering will not last long and my kids won't have to put up with her for any length of time. Funny thing is, she has a father.. why does she have to keep coming around my family? Gosh.. she's like a little bug that drives you crazy,  that needs to be swatted.



I am going to focus on the good rather than the bad for the rest of the night and tomorrow. Husby is home of course and I want to make it the best day for us that I can. I really wish we would have headed North for Thanksgiving but I guess it's best to just have a holiday to ourselves every once in a while. I am lucky that he is taking me out instead of cooking.  I know its not the same as being around a bunch of family but its still nice not having all that stress and mess! I didn't make any reservations any where and husby came home with the bright idea of going to Golden Corral for Thanksgiving dinner. I was not too pleased with that idea but... I think it might just be good and I am going to give it a shot! I will take some pictures and let you guys know how it is! I really wish my mom was here. I miss her on holidays but Christmas is right around the corner and she is going to be here. Actually she is going to be all over the place because they are doing a ton of traveling over the holidays but she will be here Christmas eve and for 4 additional days. LOVE THAT! I think my sister is still coming too!



I feel like a mess tonight. I hope this passes with a good nights sleep. I should be blogging about being grateful and not bitching! I am grateful for the life I have, even on days I am not so happy. I have a beautiful husband who loves me as much as I love him. I have beautiful children and a beautiful family. What else could a girl want! And.. I have..

This bite was pure bliss for me!

And it did help to put me in a better mood!

Well for a little while anyway.. Scott and I were watching a movie when I told him I couldn't wait till it was over, so I could go get in a hot bath. So what does he do?? He jumps up about 10 minutes before the movie and gets in the shower.. I wanted to SCREAM at him but I didn't. I watched the end of the movie and went and got in the bath. He didn't really appreciate that but I didn't appreciate him stealing all the hot water from me either. I didn't have as much hot water as I would have liked but I had enough. And my bath felt amazing anyway.. with no fighting over the hot water!

Afterwards, I came down stairs and started playing around online. I also organized my favorites which were like 200 websites and that took me over an hour and a half to make new folders and sort them all out. I also backed them up in case something happened and I lost them, which has happened before.

Tomorrow I doubt I will be blogging a lot. I will have a few post up but that's probably about it. I am going to be doing a Thanksgiving MARRIED LIFE post too! But it should be a day of being with family and loved ones and sharing what you are grateful for. I know it sounds Corny but we all should EAT, PRAY, LOVE.. No, I am not talking about actually watching the movie but follow those 3 key steps for the day! I promise I will be in a better mood tomorrow!!

I wonder how many of you guys are putting your turkey's in the oven tonight!? I know my sister in law is putting hers in to cook all night at 250. Boy, I have a story about the last Turkey she cooked but I will wait to tell it. I think this is only her 2nd time cooking a big turkey and I am sure she will do a great job!

Well this grump is calling it a night.

NO PATIENCE..

It was crazy few minutes in the grocery store today. I can't believe I actually went. For whatever reason, I didn't even think about how busy it would be.

Traffic was HORRIBLE on the way to the market.. I really just wanted to turn around and come home. Yet, I kept on and finally got there. The store was filled to the brim with people. Everyone putting turkey's in the buggies, and getting what they need for their dinners tomorrow. I would barley get through the isles. My patience was thin and I was starting to get upset. I just had to pick up bread and some Mountain Dew and I also wanted to pick up something fast for dinner. Fast.. Nope that wasn't happening. I finally grabbed some items for pasta and got to the check out where I had to wait about 15 minutes to actually pay for my items.

I couldn't even get out of the store. I mean there was buggies all over the place, it was like buggie bumper cars. I finally grabbed up my things out of the buggie, when I ended up chipping a nail trying to get my fingers in the Mountain Dew to carry it.. which hurt. and made it to the car.

This is not the end either.. I get the car, look both ways.. it was clear and start to back up when this big ass truck comes flying up through the isle and almost hits my car. I drive a Jaguar.. not bragging but I LOVE MY CAR.. and that woman almost destroyed the back of it. She came to a screeching halt and then had the nerve to give me the finger. OMG.. I just looked away and proceeded to get out of the parking lot. That proved to be very challenging. Cars every where, no one going and finally I cut through to get a light. I must have sat there another 15 minutes before I could even get to the light and where I almost got hit again.

Scott wasn't picking up the phone at the dealership either. I was not too happy about that either and I ended up screaming at thim when he did finally call.. I am sure it had more to do with that damn experience at the store than what it did with him.

Finally I got home.. and I couldn't be happier to be here. This is by far where I am most comfortable at.. Thank you God for getting me back here safe and sound..

The moral of this story is this..

PLAN PLAN PLAN AND DON'T BE RUNNING AROUND THE STORE LIKE A MAD PERSON THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. I AM NOT COOKING THIS YEAR BUT IF I WAS I WOULD NOT WAIT TILL THE DAY BEFORE TO GO SHOPPING. PLAN FRIENDS!! SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I DID TODAY!!!

Need a drink to calm down.. time to break out the eggnog and spiced rum!

Christmas layaway used to be more popular…. and then it slowly faded away. However, given our economic times, more and more stores have once again begun to offer this option to help consumers.
